Donnie MacNicol (Director)

Utilising his extensive PM experience in construction and consultancy Donnie leads consultancy, training, facilitation and mentoring assignments. Widely recognised as contributing to the “people side of project management” thinking, he is in much demand as a speaker and writer on PM leadership. 

Specialises in helping organisations improve project performance. Donnie is an experienced consultant, facilitator and trainer. Donnie set up Team Animation in 2005 to focus on the people side of project management, a principle that permeates all work that the company does. 

Donnie is also pleased to chair the Association for Project Management (APM) People Specific Interest Group and contribute as a member of the APM Policy Unit.  He is also an individual member of the Acumen7 professional network.

Stuart has been involved with Team Animation previously as an intern and has joined the team part-time since graduating in 2008.  Stuart studied for an Honours degree in Business Economics and Human Resource Management at Strathclyde University, Glasgow. Stuart is looking to develop his understanding of consulting with a keen interest in the learning and development of people within organisations.
