Teams – We use facilitation and training to create energised, high performing teams that work collaboratively to effectively manage delivery challenges and conflict. 

To provide the necessary insight and basis for discussion we use a range of tools including Strengths Deployment Inventory and iMA. These have been used with clients in multiple contexts and assist in identifying potential communication and engagement issues which can be resolved through team interaction.

  • Team Development – working to develop a high performing sustainable behaviours and collaboration to meet business challenges including the use of Team Coaching to strengthen relationships
  • Team Solutions – the focus is on learning to deal with challenges and resolve conflict by dealing with pertinent issues as a team

  • Stakeholder Engagement – work with individuals and teams to develop their stakeholder engagement skills, typically using a Prendo Simulation.
