- International Firm of Actuaries – chief technical advisor on the design of a company wide project management e-l solution, design of 3 levels of project and team management courses, delivery of multiple workshops on project management across Europe including the bespoking to deal with individual office needs, development of a project management development programme for 150 business services personnel.
- Large metropolitan police service – facilitation of workshops to create change programmes in complex and political sensitive environments involving multiple external stakeholders and ongoing mentoring, facilitation and consultancy support in the design of an internal departmental change, design and delivery of creativity and innovation training for the internal consultancy group.
- Government Research Council – facilitation of workshops to create a project management approach, design of training and delivery. Promotion of the benefits within the organisation.
- Major transportation – design and delivery of stakeholder management training across multiple divisions.
- Energy major – change programme to improve the performance of project management in their IT department including knowledge storage and sharing, communication, induction, development of simple procedures.
